Indonesia has introduced a new health declaration form to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. All individuals traveling to Indonesia are now required to complete the Health Pass (SSHP) before entering the country.
Governments around the world have implemented similar health certificates in response to the coronavirus pandemic. The contact details and travel information provided can be used to more effectively track overseas visitors and minimize infection rates.
After registering their details with the online Health Pass (SSHP) system, travelers are issued with a reference number and barcode which they will be required to present on arrival.
Apply for the Health Pass (SSHP)As part of coronavirus travel restrictions in Indonesia, all overseas visitors are required to fill out and submit the Health Pass (SSHP).
Travelers are advised to submit the health certificate electronically before departure in order to avoid being held up at immigration. Anyone who arrives at the port of entry without having previously completed the application will be required to do so electronically before crossing the border.
To successfully complete the Health Pass (SSHP), travelers must provide basic personal data, contact details, and travel information, including:
Full name, age, and nationality
Email address and mobile telephone number
Date of arrival and departure
Travelers are also asked to declare whether they are currently experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms. All the information provided must be accurate and truthful.
